I recently hired a company to handle some engineering work for my project. The website was easy to navigate and had many useful resources. However, the communication with the project manager was a bit lacking. I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the quality of the engineering work was decent, and the team was professional and courteous when we did interact. They did a good job overall but could definitely improve on their communication with customers. Despite some hiccups, the end result was satisfactory. 🏗️
