I recently worked with a public relations firm for an event, and I have to say, I had mixed feelings about my experience. While the team was responsive and professional in their interactions, I found that the overall level of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking was somewhat lacking. The strategies and ideas presented seemed quite conventional and didn't really push the boundaries in terms of innovation. On the positive side, they were organized and delivered what they promised in a timely manner. However, I was hoping for a more unique and captivating approach to our PR efforts. The website was user-friendly and provided some helpful information, but I didn't feel particularly inspired by their previous work showcased. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of originality and creativity in the services provided.
