Jala yoga is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to! The instructors are so knowledgeable and encouraging. The studio space is serene and beautiful. I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a yoga studio that will take your practice to the next level, Jala yoga is the place to go.
