I have been a customer of My joy for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the product quality is not consistent. Some items are great, while others are below par. I have had a couple of issues with delivery as well, with items arriving later than expected. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
