I recently went on a vacation with Arbuthnott holidays and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth, but the overall trip could have been better. The accommodation was decent, but not exceptional. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were a few instances where our concerns were not adequately addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience.
