I have been a customer of Astra Group, Inc. for several years now and I must say they have been consistently average in their services. Their website is clean and user-friendly but their customer service needs improvement. The response time to queries is slow and sometimes the staff can be unhelpful. However, they do deliver what they promise, so I would say they are reliable, albeit average.
