I recently had an experience with a local collision center in my area. The customer service was decent and the staff seemed knowledgeable. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but the final result was satisfactory. The facility was clean and organized, and the waiting area was comfortable. However, I think there's room for improvement in terms of communication with customers about the progress of their vehicles. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
