Simple Software Solutions, Inc. provided me with a software solution that I found to be average at best. The user interface was outdated and not very intuitive. It lacked some essential features that would have made my work easier. Also, their customer service was slow to respond and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my queries. I expected more from them.
