As a recent customer, I found the legal services provided by this company to be average. While their website was well-organized and provided useful information, the actual experience with the legal team was somewhat lacking. I encountered some challenges in getting timely responses and felt that the communication could have been better. Additionally, the overall experience did not fully meet my expectations in terms of professionalism and attention to detail. However, I must acknowledge that the staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to address my concerns. In the end, while they did deliver the service, there was room for improvement in terms of the overall customer experience.
