I recently had the opportunity to work with Regan engineering & service and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website reganhvac.com provided a good overview of the services they offer and their contact information was easy to find. 💻

The communication with their team was prompt and professional. They were able to answer my initial inquiries and provide a quote in a timely manner. 📞

However, when it came to the actual service, I found it to be satisfactory but not outstanding. The technicians arrived on time and completed the job as requested, but there were a few minor issues that were not fully resolved. 🔧

While Regan engineering & service may not be my top choice for future HVAC needs, they still delivered an average level of service and I appreciate their effort to address my concerns. 🏢

Overall, I would recommend considering them if you're in need of HVAC services, but keep in mind that there might be other options that offer a more exceptional experience. 👍
