I recently came across this company while searching for food equipment online. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products. However, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. 😐 The customer service was satisfactory, although the response time could be improved. The products I purchased were of good quality and arrived in a timely manner. One thing I appreciated was their attention to detail in packaging the items securely. Overall, my experience with this company was average. While they offer a decent selection of food equipment, I believe they could work on their pricing strategy to be more competitive in the market.
