I had a mixed experience with Spiel Consulting. On one hand, their team was knowledgeable and had a deep understanding of our industry, which was beneficial in identifying key areas for improvement. However, there were some communication issues throughout the project, and it sometimes felt like our concerns were not fully addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
