I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kgi Futures Co. Ltd. The staff was unprofessional and seemed to have no knowledge about the products they were promoting. Their website, kgifutures.com.tw, was also difficult to navigate and lacked important information. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
