I recently visited the salon & spa and overall it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, which helped me find the services I was interested in. However, the service itself was just okay. The staff was polite, but I felt they lacked a personal touch. The haircut I received was satisfactory, but not outstanding. 😐 The spa treatment was relaxing, but I've had better elsewhere. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected slightly better quality for the price. 🤔 The salon was clean and well-maintained, which added to the experience. The waiting time was minimal, which was a plus. Overall, I left feeling neither impressed nor disappointed. This place has some potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of service and attention to detail.
