I had a mixed experience with Pasta Montana. The first time I tried it, the pasta was amazing. The flavors were balanced and the portion was generous. However, on my fourth visit, the quality was not the same. The pasta was undercooked and the sauce was bland. I hope they can improve their consistency in the future.
