I recently had the experience of purchasing a product from Erasel's website and I must say, it was an average experience. 😐 The website was user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and find the product I was looking for. However, the delivery process was a bit slow, taking longer than expected for the product to arrive. 🚚 The quality of the product itself was decent, but nothing outstanding. It served its purpose, but I wasn't particularly impressed. 💁‍♀️ The customer service was average, with decent response times to my inquiries, but nothing that made me feel truly valued as a customer. Overall, I would say Erasel is an average company. They have a functional website and decent products, but there are definitely areas for improvement in terms of speed and customer service.
