I had an okay experience at Prana spa. The massage was decent, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The staff was friendly, but there were some aspects of the service that could be improved. The ambiance was average, and I felt that it lacked a bit of tranquility. Although the experience was not bad, it wasn't outstanding either.
