I recently had the opportunity to work with a law firm that specializes in estate planning and elder law. They were available for a consultation, and I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate. The attorneys at the firm were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. However, I did feel that the communication with the firm could have been more prompt and efficient. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my emails and phone calls. Overall, I would rate their services as average. Although they provided the necessary legal guidance, the lack of timely communication was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I appreciate the expertise they offered in handling my case. If they improve their responsiveness, they could become a great choice for legal assistance. 😊📞💼
