I had a mixed experience with Arkadia.com. While the website is easy to use and the prices are reasonable, the customer service could use some improvement. There were delays in shipping and it took a while for my inquiries to be answered. However, once my issues were resolved, I was satisfied with the quality of the products. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
