I recently used the services of this company for tax preparation. Their website was easy to navigate and provided helpful resources. However, the communication with the accountant was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates on my filing. The final result was accurate, but the process felt a bit disorganized. I appreciate the professionalism, but the lack of proactive communication was disappointing. Hopefully, they can improve their client interaction in the future. 😐
