I recently used Daima Tours & Travel for a vacation package and had an overall positive experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was attentive to my needs. The tour guides were informative and made the trips enjoyable. However, I did encounter a minor issue with one of the accommodations, but Daima Tours & Travel promptly resolved the matter. Despite this small hiccup, I still recommend their services.
