I had a very average experience with Healthcare Data Management, Inc. (hdm). The website healthcarebiller.com was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. It took multiple attempts to reach a representative and the response time was slow. Overall, I was not impressed with their service.
