I recently used the services of Bfocus technologies s.a.s and I have mixed feelings about them. While their website proquimort.com was easy to use and had a good selection of products, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. Overall, it was an average experience for me as a CUSTOMER.
