As a CUSTOMER, I think Dsta is an average company. The website dsta.gov.sg is easy to navigate and provides basic information about their services. However, I found the overall experience to be quite mediocre. The customer service could be improved, as I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. The quality of their work is satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. In terms of value for money, I feel that there are better options available in the market. Overall, I would rate Dsta as average.
