I recently tried cryotherapy at a local wellness spa and I'm so glad I did. The whole experience was incredible, from the friendly staff to the clean and inviting facility. The session was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed and energized. I will definitely be going back for more treatments!
