As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Inxuba yethemba municipality has provided an average service. The website iym.gov.za is easy to navigate and find information, but I expected more from them. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and the overall customer support was not up to par. I believe they can improve and provide a better experience for their customers.
