I recently visited this first aid center and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, providing relevant information about the services offered. However, I was disappointed with the lack of availability for appointments. It took quite some time to get a slot that suited my schedule. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but their response time could be improved. I felt that they were a bit too slow in attending to patients' needs. On the positive side, the center was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, while the center provided adequate care, there is room for improvement in terms of appointment availability and response time. It would be great if they could work on these areas to enhance the customer experience.
