I had a mixed experience with Craven corporation. While the website was informative and I liked the product range, the customer service left much to be desired. The response time was slow and I felt like my concerns were brushed off. However, the product quality was good and I didn't encounter any major issues. If Craven corporation improves their customer service, I would be more likely to recommend them.
