I have been attending this Crossfit gym for about a year now and it has been an incredible experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The workouts are challenging and constantly varied, so you never get bored. The community is supportive and welcoming, making it easy to feel like a part of the Kong Crossfit family.
