I have been a customer of Ertech Simulation & Game Ind. Ltd. for a few years now, and I must say the experience has been average. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer service needs improvement. The staff is not always helpful and sometimes takes a long time to respond to queries. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
