I had an overall positive experience with Bom Tur. The website was user-friendly and the booking process was smooth. The tour itself was well-planned and the guide was knowledgeable. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider using Bom Tur again.
