I recently worked with this law firm on a legal matter and my experience was average. The communication from the attorneys was prompt and professional, but I found it lacking in warmth and personal touch. While they were able to address my concerns and provide legal advice, I felt that they were somewhat detached in their approach. The website was informative, but I would have appreciated more resources and articles to help me better understand my case. The attorneys were knowledgeable and competent, but I did not feel a strong sense of advocacy or personalized attention. Overall, they delivered the necessary services, but I was left wanting a bit more in terms of client-focused approach and approachability.
