I had a pretty average experience with Afghanistan Information Management Services. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to wait a long time to speak to a representative and they weren't very helpful. Overall, the service was okay, but nothing to write home about.
