I recently used the services of this design company for a project. The website provided a clear overview of their capabilities and past work. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my initial inquiry, which was frustrating. The final result of the project was satisfactory, but I believe there was room for improvement in the communication and timeliness of the process. Overall, the experience was average. 🙂
