I recently hired a company to retrofit some of my machinery, and overall, I would rate the experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The team was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and provided a detailed quote for the project. The retrofitting process itself was completed on time, which was appreciated. However, I did notice a few minor issues with the workmanship, such as loose connections and wiring that needed adjustments. While these could have been easily resolved, it did require some additional time and effort on my part. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that there could have been better communication regarding the progress of the project. Overall, I am satisfied with the results but believe there is room for improvement.
