I recently used the services of this company for outsourcing some of our business processes. The experience was average, as the communication was a bit slow and there were some delays in the delivery of the services. However, they were able to meet our requirements eventually, and the quality of the work provided was satisfactory. The customer service was polite and accommodating, but I felt that they could improve on being more responsive to inquiries and concerns. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus.
