However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. Although the team did respond to my inquiries, they often took a longer time than expected to get back to me. Moreover, I felt that there was a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns.

On the positive side, the company's expertise in environmental services was evident in the work they completed. The team was knowledgeable and demonstrated a good understanding of the issues I was facing. They provided valuable recommendations and delivered the expected results.

In conclusion, while there were areas that could be improved, overall 🐻 Creek Environmental did an adequate job.
