The services provided by Pt. prima tangguh abadi are decent but not exceptional. The company lacks attention to detail and there have been instances where my orders were delivered late or in incomplete condition. While they do manage to resolve the issues eventually, the overall experience has been disappointing. I would rate my experience as average.
