I recently used their services for investment advice and found the experience to be somewhat standard. The website layout was clear and user-friendly, making it easy to access information. However, I felt that there was a lack of personalized attention and the overall communication could have been more proactive. While the customer service was polite, I didn't feel like my needs were fully understood. The range of investment options was decent, but I wished for a more innovative approach.
