I have been a customer of this company for some time now, and I must say that I have mixed feelings about their services. While there are certain aspects that I appreciate, such as the range of products and services they offer, there are also areas for improvement. The internet speeds can sometimes be inconsistent, and there have been a few instances of downtime. The customer support team is generally helpful, but there have been a couple of occasions where I had difficulty getting my issues resolved. Overall, I would say that Pccw is an average company with potential for improvement.
