I recently had the opportunity to work with a casting company for an upcoming project, and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and I appreciated their organized layout. However, the overall communication could have been better. It took a while to receive responses to my inquiries, and at times, it felt like my questions were not fully addressed. Additionally, the casting process itself felt rushed and lacking in attention to detail. There were a few inconsistencies with the information provided, which left me slightly frustrated. On a positive note, the casting team was friendly and professional during the in-person auditions. Although my experience was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and attention to detail.
