I recently purchased some construction materials from the company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed. The selection was decent, but I was hoping for more variety. The ordering process was straightforward, and my items arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more attentive and responsive to my inquiries. There were a few hiccups with the delivery, and I had to follow up multiple times to get things sorted. Although the quality of the materials was satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer support. Overall, it was an okay experience. 🏗️
