I recently used this company's products for an erosion control project, and I found their solutions quite impressive. The products were easy to install and seemed to be of high quality. However, I was disappointed with the lack of detailed installation instructions. Additionally, the customer service was not very responsive to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Nevertheless, the products did the job effectively, and I appreciated the variety of options available for different project needs. Despite the drawbacks, I might consider using their products again in the future. Hopefully, they can improve their customer support and provide more comprehensive installation guidelines for a smoother experience. Overall, I give them 3 stars. ✨
