I had a mixed experience with Hindustan Cargo Carriers - India. While the delivery of my goods was timely and the staff was courteous, the packaging could have been better. Some of my items got damaged during transit due to inadequate protection. I appreciate their prompt resolution of the issue, but I hope they improve their packaging standards to avoid such inconveniences in the future.
