I am a customer of Vleisure and I must say their services are just average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall experience is nothing extraordinary. The booking process was smooth, but there were some issues with the payment gateway which caused a delay in confirming my reservation. The customer support team was helpful in resolving the problem, but it was a bit frustrating. I would give them a 3-star rating.
