I had a mixed experience at Etre gourmand. The appetizers were fantastic, but the main course was a bit disappointing. The flavors didn't quite come together as expected. However, the dessert redeemed the meal and left a lasting impression. The service was average, neither exceptional nor poor. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.
