I recently used Servitech, Inc. for the first time and I must say it was an average experience. The technician who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable, but the service itself was nothing extraordinary. The problem with my air conditioner was fixed, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
