I recently had an experience with this organization, and overall it was average. The staff were friendly and caring, but there were some communication issues and delays in response times. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I felt that there could have been more activities and engagement for the residents. The website was informative, but it could be more user-friendly and up-to-date. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of enhancing the overall experience for both residents and their families. I appreciate the efforts of the staff, but there are areas that could be improved upon. Hopefully, with some adjustments, the organization could provide an even better service for its residents. 🏡
