I have been a customer of Elderado Financial for several years now and I must say that their services are simply average. They have a decent range of financial products but their customer service is lacking. Often, I have to wait for a long time to speak to a representative and they are not always able to provide satisfactory answers to my queries. The website is also not very user-friendly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
