I recently booked a vacation with Fancy - free holidays, inc. and it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. The customer service was decent, although they could have been more responsive. The rates were fair and I got a reasonable deal. The accommodation was satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it was an average trip.
